Stay positive and don’t think about how difficult a day may be. Negativity and self-pity only delays getting things done.

Take a time out for a chance to regroup and simply breathe for a few minutes. Meditating early in the morning or at the end of a long work day can help the body and mind unwind and remain calm.

Work it out.

Exercise can make a big difference. It may seem hard to find the time to exercise, but making it a priority everyday can help relieve stress and improve health both physically and mentally.

Just ten minutes of exercise a day, whether its walking, jogging or any other kind of exercise, can make for better sleep as well as mood stability.
